The Lebanese street expressing how bad they feel without a president.
the Arabic text means "Our president Nice to meet you"

Daily DeviationSuggester says: "this photo really show the current situation in Lebanon, i consider this was a warning from the citizens. they was calling all parties to agree on a president after his chair is empty for 16 month till now!" My point of view differs slightly on Our President by ~dpainter... that following the suggester's comment: it does look like whoever is in power now is completely faceless, ruling the nation with a beer bottle, and is surrounded by crash-test dummies as bodyguards.
